Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services provided by fullsignalhubum B.V. ("fullsignalhubum", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, you are not authorised to use or access our services.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

fullsignalhubum provides construction workflow automation solutions, including but not limited to:

• Intelligent workflow automation platforms
• ROI performance analytics and reporting
• System integration services
• Real-time project monitoring tools
• Implementation support and training
• Consultation and advisory services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts or using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of fullsignalhubum and third parties
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due in advance according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of fullsignalhubum and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you provide to us ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on our service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Privacy and Data Protection

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fullsignalhubum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

In no event shall fullsignalhubum's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to fullsignalhubum in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless fullsignalhubum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to address concerns through direct communication. If you have any disputes or claims arising from these terms or our services, please contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, with proceedings conducted in English in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use and, where applicable, closing your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
